    Question Q's : about Antea

I have a few questions about Antea with Date ( Standard Version ).

    What kind of Glass it's in the Front/Back ( it's Crystal ?)
What kind of movement it's in this type of watch // how many jewels ?(standard version)

    ETA 2660 ? (swiss made ?)

    Thank you .

Giovanni, the Antea Date uses a Swiss ETA 2824-2 movement, with 25 jewels, standard. The crystal is sapphire, and the exhibtion back (if you specify that in your order) is a sapphire crystal. I have that with the cream dial and black hands.

This is a stunning watch, partly because the case diameter is a substantial 39mm. I love mine.

    Re: Q's : about Antea

This is the watch of my dreams

    Conclusions :

Available 2 kind of movements for this type of watch ( Antea with date)
Swiss ETA 2824-2 movement (standard ) and
Swiss Chronometermovement ETA 2824-2. am i wrong ?

And one more thing / u told me : ''The crystal is sapphire,'' in front - standard ''and the exhibtion back (if you specify that in your order) is a sapphire crystal.'' - and if i dont want to order Sapphire Crystal on the back - what is it - standard ?

    Tks.

idneo, you can order the Antea with the Chronometer grade movement, that is correct.

As standard, the Antea comes wtih a Sapphire display back, I don't think it can be had with a solid back.

I thought that sapphire back is available only with blue hands:

Don't know, I've got the black dial, but I believe the caseback is sapphire (it's certainly a display back). I've got a feeling that is just a slightly awkward wording.

Yes, currently the sapphire display back is standard, not optional, so there are no steel backs.

The cream dial can have black hands or blued hands.

So, the decision tree is thus:
    1. Cream or black dial?
    2. Date or without date?
    3. IF cream dial, blued or black hands?
    4. Chronometer option? (chronometer already has its own blued screws)
    5. Blued screws option?
    6. Leather strap or steel bracelet?
    7. IF leather strap, what color?
I think that covers it. What have I forgotten?
