    re-polishing Stowa marine 40mm

    Hi guys,

Due to many usual scratches, I am considering re-polishing my Stowa marine 40mm.
I learned that International Watch Works provides polishing service.

Is there anyone who has experience with them?

I am so concerning just to bear with it and doing nothing is better that taking any risk of re-polishing.

    Please advice me.
    Thank you

Have you thought of sending it back to stowa?

    I haven't, but I have a warranty card (bought Mar. 2016)

Do you have any experience and know how much they charge?
    Thank you

Dont have any experience with them myself yet (the case on my brushed marine 36 holds up nicely) but I hear good things from people. As for pricing you can find all prices here https://www.stowa.de/en/Service-Ihrer-Uhr/

Once my marine 36 needs some tlc, I would most certainly send it to them.

    This is really informative.
It's a bit pricey, but worth to try.
    Thank you so much!

IWW is a good company. I have used their services a few times in the past and been very satisfied with the results.

    Good luck.

Correcting scratches is fairly easy to do with the right materials and tools. YouTube has a number of videos on how to do this, as an FYI.

    Thank you for your advise.
There are tons of clips on youtube, but I don't have a good eye to find the good tips. - some are good, but some might be not good.
If you don't mind, can you please post a link for the best youtube clip?
