True. I'm about to switch from Judo to marathon running to finally fit a 40mm Flieger

Ha! I ran my marathon, now I do a weightlifting routine that ends with wrist curls. And still I won't be outgrowing any 40mm Fliegers anytime soon

It would be cool if Stowa came out with a really big Flieger like the originals that were worn outside the jacket. Not sure where you'd wear it, but it would make a fun novelty piece.

From what I recall, Jorge wanted to seperate himself from the others on the market that where mainly in the 42-47mm range.

I love my FO Ltd. Ed, but honestly don't wear it very often as I'm more likely to wear 44mm/45mm Panerai or my 42mm Stowa Prodiver.

A FO in 42-44mm from Stowa would sell quite well IMO. After all, the original is 55mm right? So making one in a larger case wouldn't exactly be a stretch (no pun intended) or a disservice to the history of the timepiece.

Perhaps a limited edition for Stowa Forum members? :)

Maybe the 41/22mm case used on the FO and now - with alterations - on the Fliegerchrono soon comes to another Flieger model...

    Please..?

I can respect that. The entire Stowa line sits in a similar size range and probably fits the majority of people. Still, I personally would like to see a number of their watches at 46 mm, either with the 6497/8 movements or the Valgranges. Come out with that and I'll buy a few

Not to be disrespectful, but that's a lousy answer. Jorge already separates himself from others by the quality of the watch! I could buy a an Archimede or Steinhart at the larger size, but none of them come close to the quality of a Stowa. Also, they don't have the history which is a huge appeal for me.

I’m going to be a little contrary, but I would like to see a few more watches available in a smaller sizes. For me, 40mm is the limit of what I can wear. Something in the 38mm or 39mm range (like, say, the IWC Fliegers) would be really interesting.
