    Stockist for OEM Stowa straps?

    Hi all,

I want a replacement strap for my Stowa MO, as mine has become ruined from lots of Australian humidity and sweating. It came with a black leather strap with white stitching.
The Stowa website does not stock these - only two types of leather bands in plain colours; none with the contrast stitching.

Stowa certainly manufactures these, as they are provided still on new purchases of MO. Where then can I purchase one?

Try emailing Stowa and asking if you can buy one. They may only have a limited inventory of these, and may not list them for sale. Can't hurt to ask.

Good suggestion. Jorg and his staff are very good in responding, so I would second the email outreach.

Stowa does not manufacture straps. Similar straps are available all over the www, Hirsch for example.

Kind of on the same topic:
I recently ordered a Stowa deployant buckle for my Antea KS.
The buckle is not in the Stowa online shop, but you can email them a request and they will sell you one, no problem.
Thanks to Mike for helping me figure that out, btw.

I highly recommend a Staib mesh for your MO, especially for the hot, humid climes. Have one for mine and it is top quality and comfortable.

Also have a few aftermarket leather straps for it, of which there is no shortage in the online markets, as has been pointed out.
