Stowa Antea Ks Crown too big?

Hi. I just read about crown issues in another thread and got me paranoid so I looked down at the watch I had on. A Stowa Antea Ks. The crown looks very Large and sits lower than the rest of the watch. Wouldn't that put some upward stress on the stem from my arm/hand. Or am I being paranoid? Anyone else have a Antea KS that can chime in?? Thank you!!!

If the bottom of the crown was lower than the bottom of the caseback (not the side of the case) maybe, but it doesn't look like it is in that first picture.

If you place the watch on a table, you'll notice that the crown is only marginally extends past the bottom of the case back.
I am wearing my KS right now and it really is a non issue.
