    Stowa Service Question

    Hi everyone. I had my Yellow Pro Diver at Stowa for service and had been communicating with Viveca for weeks about it. The watch was supposed to be shipped back to me by friday July 31. Viveca had said that it would definitely be shipped by the end of this last week before they left for vacation. I have not heard anything nor gotten a tracking number. Usually, Viveca sends that information right before shipping. I am wondering if anyone else had a watch that was to be shipped this last week and had a similiar experience. I dont know if the watch was shipped and they forgot to send the tracking number or if it was not sent. Any thoughts are appreciated. I tried to contact Stowa but they begin their vacation for 3 weeks now. Thanks for your help. Stephen

    Hi Stephen,

    tomorrow I will try to get in touch with Jörg or Regine.

    "Vacation" doesn't mean, there is no one in the office for three weeks.
    Often one or even both of the Schauers are working in "quiet surrounding" .

    I will notify you after having spoken with her or him,

    I received both the notification and...

    my watch back this week. I actually wasn't expecting it back for another month since I knew their vacation was approaching. I was very pleasantly surprised since I really missed my Prodiver.

    Thank you both for taking the time to ship the watch out to me today. It does not go unnoticed as this is one of the reasons that so many of us collectors continue to buy Stowa watches.
