    US customs duties/taxes

Just ordered a Schauer Einzeiger, I'm wondering if anybody in the US who has ordered a watch from Germany can provide information on what I should expect to pay in the way of import duties/taxes?
    Thanks!

Definitely do a search for past posts about this. From what I've read, you get a bill from US Customs a while after you receive your watch. It's something along the lines of $30 or so, I think. Congrats on the Einzeiger, it's a beautiful watch.

I received my Prodiver about three weeks ago. I just got a bill from Fed Ex for import tax of about $22.

Thanks for the responses, that's a relief. I was hearing some outrageous numbers that were frightening me. I took your advice and searched the old threads, it seems to be consistently in that range. Thanks again.

I have paid $17 in duties for Flieger with COSC. So do not worry, the amount you'll have to pay will be amazingly low.
