    "Vintage" strap for my Airman

I took a Jürgen strap, roughed it up with a scotch brite pad, then gave it a light coating of olive oil. The 6 o'clock side could use a bit more oil, but I'm fairly satisfied with the result!

The pics don't show the exact true colour. Need to take some more in better light.
    Cheers,
    Bruce

    Very nice Bruce!
I'm on a crummy monitor here at work so I can't see fine differences, but I'll check it out later!

    Maybe that's a good thing John :-D

I've got a Toshiba laptop and a Mac laptop open right now. The pics look entirely different between the two!

Thanks Todd. I'm liking it more all the time. Was getting bored with the colour anyway and the ends were scrapped up from putting it on my Explorer

    Looks Great Bruce,
I am getting more and more into the bracelet, strap - leather/rubber idea of changes so much now that I can really appreciate your mod, way to go.

I was asked what the time was that was on my watch ?
Does anybody really know what time it is ?
    Does anybody really care ?
If so I can't imagine why..........
I do, I do, I do care about time.
