dropped SKX007 and no it doesn't work

New here but have cruised the forums on and off for years......

My problem....Seiko SKX007....Had the movement replaced last year....Last month screw pin unthreaded and worked out and it fell on concrete floor and now it doesn't keep time...movement will begin to move and keep time and then it will simply stop.
Local jeweler quoted $125 to clean and lube it....other places I've used in the past aren't taking in new work
Am I wasting my time trying to find service for it for less than the $125? Just seems like a waste to spend that much $ on it when that's a good margin of the way into a brand new SKX007

    Thanks for any help
