    Lume and reluming

I'm thinking of reluming a perfectly good dial just because I want a different color glow. I really like the BGW9 look, but wanted to check with you all as to whether a Seiko/Citizen equivalent (noctilumina?) would be a better choice?

The dials in question are either a SKX173 or SRP77x Turtle. Thanks for any lume advice you might offer.

Sorry, meant to be more specific: I'm looking for the brightest and longest-lasting blue glow from a white or pearl-white lume.

I may be wrong but I believe that
BGW9 is the brightest "blue" lume currently available.
