Recommendations for an inexpensive watchmakers tool kit?

I have amassed approximately a dozen Seiko wristwatches ranging from inexpensive Seiko 5's to new and vintage grand Seiko's. I want to experiment with adjusting/regulating the cheaper Seiko's in my collection before attempting anything on the more expensive models. Can anyone give me a recommendation for an inexpensive tool kit to purchase for, say, under $40? The prospect of opening the case back frightens the hell out of me but I have to start somewhere. I have read posts from people saying they can regulate their old beaters to 5 second per day or less after they regulate them. Recommendations and thoughts, please?

I'd avoid ebay and Amazon kits. I got one from Amazon and it was pretty crap I think the only thing I will keep is the case back opener which is still kind of ...... but functional. I'm going to be buying some tools from esslinger.com.
