First of all apologies as I am a novice horologist. Have changed batteries and kinetic capacitors on normal Seiko divers. Now I would like some info on how to do this on solid case back watches like the 5m45 Stingray With regard to removing the glass.
Understand that the bezel is removed in the normal way, you are then left with the glass.do you use something like the Bergeron glass remover below to then pull the glass out of the front of the case to give access to the movement etc.
Can't find anything online about this and need to change a couple of kinetic capacitors as they have totally died after 20 +years.
Thanks in advance.
