    Removing and installing hands.

    Recently finished up this video tutorial on how to remove and install hands, enjoy!

    Thanks for creating and posting! I am nearly to this step in my first mod.

    Is there a good way to determine which is the proper hand setting tool diameter for each hand?

    You can line them up while the hand is on the watch to check clearance. Though with Seiko 7S26/NH35 the hand dimensions are 1.5mm 0.90mm and 0.19mm (use a flat one for seconds hand)
