    Seconds hand removal seiko 7s36

Is it possible and safe to only remove the sounds hand from a seiko 7s36 movement? That’s the only hand I want to swap on my snzf17. Thanks.

Sure... getting the hand puller under just the second hand could be tricky, but once it's in there you should be able to yank it out no problem.
