I'm a brand new member on WatchUSeek and I have a few questions:
1) I first saw the Junghans Max Bill line of watches a few years ago at the MoMA in NYC and have been in love with it ever since. The minimalist style is absolutely beautiful and elegant but not gaudy like Rolex or Omega. (No offense to those who own these types of watches, if I had $7,000 USD to spend on a watch an Omega Seamaster would be on my wrist right now.) But I am a college student and paying $1,200 USD seems extreme but not out of the realm of possibility given how much I love this timepiece. Is a Max Bill watch worth the significant chunk it would take out of my savings account?
2) Which of the Max Bill watches would you recommend?
3) What are some reputable sites to buy a watch? (I had a terrible experience with a pair of "Guaranteed Genuine" Ray Ban Meteors and now I don't entirely trust the internet."
4) Finally, if I don't decide to buy a Max Bill watch could someone recommend a less expensive watch with similar style?
I know this is a huge post so feel free to answer as many of the questions as you feel like answering. Any information is greatly appreciated.
