    Hacking seconds question

Hello all - Happy Holidays from Boston!

Been lurking for a while but new to posting here. I just purchased an Orient Star classic EL05004W - beautiful watch, but I do have a question about the hacking functionality on this watch. When I pull the crown out twice, the seconds hand would sometimes fail to stop until I turn the crown back and fro a bit.

Is this normal behavior for this particular movement (Orient Caliber 40N52) or should I perhaps return this for another unit?

Thanks in advance for any help.

This is an Orient Star EL05004W which comes with 'real' hacking.

It should stop immediately when you pull out the crown. What you are describing is not normal behavior.
