    Reverso Classique case feedback

Howdy everyone, I picked up a long time coveted piece of mine....a used Reverso Classique.....

Upon inspecting the case with a loupe, my stupid detailed oriented brain noticed a tiny gap between the lines of the watch head (I've included some pics)

Is this something to be concerned about?

Also, any idea on where to source spring bars for this piece?

    I appreciate all the feedback!

If you go to the JLC website, photos of the Reverso side view show a thin line.

Ah yes, I guess I should have clarified. The bottom part of the line doesn’t sit as flush as the top (depicted by arrows in pictures)

    Maybe an imperfect repair?

Does the gap close when you press on the case?

Looks fine. Let’s see some wrist shots. Congratulations on your new watch.

Thanks for your reply! It does actually close up slightly when I press the case together. (Looking with a loupe)

I know this isn’t a huge gap but just want to make sure all is good. Maybe some screws weren’t tightened as much during the last disassembly?

Not super sure about the case tolerances for these beauties

Thanks all! So we agree the bottom gap should not be an issue?
