    The dial and hands are wrong. Can't tell more from that one photo.

    When you say dial and hands are wrong, do you mean they don't match or not Omega, repainted?

    Just joined. Rusty. Been years since I've looked at this stuff but grew up surrounded by it and doing it while in school. Wanted to post question asking if people are dubious about authenticity, why not ask for detailed picture sets of the open watch unless $$ to burn? You had one. IMHO if you need to ask, then that bit of diligence is the minimum no matter what if you can't inspect it first hand. In any case: the dial looks genuine but does not match mil spec ones I remember for a SM 30 (25 year old memories so take it with a grain of salt). I can say with a fresh look at some other things and my old memories that Omega never had hands that looked like that. ETA had some I think and there are "replacement" hands I've seen on Omegas like that but they are not OEM. Good luck and again, grain of salt.
