    Is my MBII real?

I got such an incredible price on this. It was absolutely a to good to be true situation. I went for it and to my eyes it looks great. I opened it up and took a couple photos to share. I would love someone who knows Bremont better than me to have a look. Thanks so much!!

FWIW, I've never seen a case back like that on an MBII. It looks like the entire back plate is missing.

The case back is off. There is a second cover over the movement.

Okay. That would be normal, the anti-magnetic cage.

The way your post read, it was sent to you like this.

Doubt a fake would include a faraday cage and signed rotor. Have you looked for pictures of the mbii rotor? Might help ease your angst. If you're close to New York city, you could always take it to their boutique.

With that diameter of a movement, they should've just made the watch case diameter smaller in general

I keep hearing there are replica MBII on the internet but I have still never seen one. I would love to see proof of a replica Bremont.

Did Giles just chime in to say your MB2 is not real?

If so that’s amazing. But I’d be interested to know how he could say- what tipped him off? To my eye it looks legit.
