Really pleased with my bucket list purchase. As an ex RAF engineer, I worked around the MB seats on a daily basis on Tornado and Harrier. Although I'm not an armourer.
I got the watch from one the few boutique stores in UK and I feel I got a very good deal.
I'm looking to fit a vintage leather military strap once I can get it made.
Whilst looking around the net for ideas, Ive noticed that most casebacks have the watch serial number engraved above the MB logo. Mine doesn't.
Is it an optional thing or only certain models?
Also the jewellers mentioned invites to the Bremont factory to see the watches being made. Is this an annual event or something that the brothers put on once?
Thanks for any advice.
