    S301 Bezel Problem

The bezel on my S301 is very difficult to rotate. In fact, I can’t turn it at all when I’m wearing it. If I take it off, I can apply enough torque to turn it 2 or 3 clicks at a time. Has anyone else had a similar experience or is this problem unique to my watch? Just trying to figure out if I should send it in for service. Thanks.

I have a 300, which has the same case and bezel. I don't have a problem, but the plastic cover was shrinkwrapped so tight a few pieces were caught between the bezel and the case. I just rotated the bezel until the plastic came out.

This may not be an issue where you have to send it in for service. I'd take it to a local watchmaker first, perhaps the Tourneau in the Mall, and see if they can do something.

S300 owner, my bezel is great, firm clicks and able to turn whilst wearing. I would say if in warranty send it in as a defect rather than needing service otherwise check for debris stuck in between.

If water resistance is solid then try in warm water and turn the bezel.

Make sure you have a trusted watchmaker if you're going down that route. Most near me are glorified battery changers.
