So my wife has been really into this one particular FC watch - unfortunately it seems hard to come by online and locally as well. Found one in a shop nearby, but didn't really like the price or the leeway, not to mention the seller. So one day on a whim while I was near an FC AD, I popped in and inquired about this particular watch.
Turns out they didn't have it, but could order it, and the sales rep was pretty helpful and gave me a bit of a deal. After crunching some numbers in my head, I figured why not, it'll make a nice anniversary gift.
Took the AD about...6 or 7 weeks to get it in stock, and the ended up including the bracelet, along with the velvet strap which is what I originally wanted. Figured since ladies watches don't get as much screen time as men's watches, I'd post up some pictures. Now I just need to keep this thing hidden for another 3 weeks! The wife doesn't visit WUS so I should be safe right?
Sorry if the pictures takes a while to load. But pictures really add to the whole experience right?
So the Ladies Art Deco comes in a nice little coffee creamed coloured box. Very nice.
Opening the box reveals another box, of course tied together nicely with a mocha ribbon.
Inside the box proper the watch comes nestled in a nice FC branded drawstring pouch. It sort of looks like a clam. The lid doesn't stay open on it's own. The drawstring pouch has pockets inside for travel and other jewelry.
First look at the watch shows a guilloched dial with a inner markers and Roman numerals, which my wife prefers. The face is slightly curved and the indices have some depth to them, which is nice, and it is topped off with a sapphire crystal and 14mm band.
Strap on the watch, with the bracelet beside. I don't think the bracelet will get much wrist time.
Final shot with the paper work and booklet.
Sorry for the large pictures, but thanks for looking!
