    New Strap for my Alpina

    Hello everyone

    Just received a new Horween Strap for my Alpina. Looks and feels great.

    Thank you everyone. I love the new strap, much higher quality than the Alpina straps I have seen. here is another photo, taken on an overcast day, so it appears a tad darker than it really is.

    Horween leather makes great watch straps. Looks good. Like that you use the deployant too. Gives it more personality and finish.

    It's the Horween Chestnut, made by Combat Straps in Canada. Great workmanship, fast turnaround too. A little pricey, but worth it.

    I try to use deployant on all my watches, make is safer in taking off and put on too. This is not the original Alpina Deployant, its an aftermarket one, in the the IWC style which I have found to be the best "cheap aftermarket" deployant I have tried, and I have tried a lot of different ones!! This is the 18mm, they also make 20 mm. I wish they also made a 16 mm one!!
