The prototype has finally arrived in Hong Kong and Thomas should deliver it to me tonight. Hopefully, once we see the complete watch we can decide on how to revamp the dial design.

It has taken a while and we still have some issues to sort out, but the tourbillon is ticking happily in MY hand!!!!! I picked it up last night and took a few photos to share with you all.

My first impressions (will add more later):

    1) The case shape is definitely nicer than the traditional Sea-Gull offerings and the onion crown works well with the overall design.
    2) The dial looks a lot better cased and I'm beginning to like it warts and all.
    3) The dial text should be removed as it is too small and not done well. My colleague didn't know there was text until I mentioned it.

Overall, the dial looks WAY better cased. Though still not sure about the text - it doesn't look centered.

I like the overall appearance. I'm satisfied with the inner guilloche, but we still need to kill the outer guilloche (in my opinion).
I'm content with my watch collection

    It looks much better now...
I like both guilloche patterns. I would only remove the text and apply a metal logo.

    +1

i'm agree to kill the outer guilloche and to remove the text
I think the numbers need to be closer to the outside of the watch, and The hour markers need to be smaller. (IMO)

So if we opt for getting rid of the outer dial sunburst, what are we going have in stead? just a plain outer dial?
