    30. Forfeiture of deposit

Multiple PMs and emails have been sent to members who have paid the US$100 deposit but haven't paid the final installment. The deadline for settling payment (or at least letting us know if there are any reasons for delay) is Tuesday, 22nd September 2015 at 09.00 GMT after which the deposit is forfeit. No claims will be accepted after the deadline has passed.

I'm hoping this is progressing to a point where everyone is making their final payments and mailing arrangements.

According to the spreadsheet that Recoil is maintaining, there are still five who have not paid, and they have another couple of days, per the OP.

Yup, and I had offered to make up the difference on at least one of them, but that offer was declined.
