To the west of you the weather is possibly more entertaining, and sadly
between us more destructive. Moisture is being sucked off the gulf and
pushed north over the high plains where it has been cooling and falling
on the ground. You are seeing 10 inches here in the forest. Further
north I think it was cooler and they received less rain and more snow.

It is a little below freezing here. This morning the hummingbird feeder
was frozen solid. I exchanged it for a warm one. A pair of the little
fighters arrived ahead of schedule. I imagine they are regretting that.
I suppose the date has some use on a pilot watch. 80F? It's coming
    here. Probably in June.

I just checked the news and saw the crazy weather you were getting. That's insane!! Poor Humming birds they can come here if they need to. I envy you with that awesome watch and snowblower. My snow machine is a 4x4 diesel tractor with a bucket and back blade. The only thing is it's without a cab and I get to freeze. I think it's time to put a cab on this winter. Thanks for the pics. Oh and your due for a new pair of gloves. Good luck!!

That is a great watch. Not so great weather.

How does the strap attach? It looks like on the underside of the case, but just curious.

    Very nice.

They put extra steel between the lugs to guard the crown that turns the
internal bezel. The back side of the lugs look conventional. This case uses
    screws to hold the strap.

Though it isn't snowing, the hummingbirds could use a break in the weather.
I expect they would be happy at your place.

Maybe your equipment is larger. The bucket on my loader is too small to be
useful for clearing snow, and this wet snow would stick in the bucket. I may
look for a snow plow. The snow blower is helpful when the snow gets deep,
but wet snow slows it down. Wet snow tends to stick around the center
shaft of the augers and slow down the intake. If you look for a snow blower
I think one large auger might resist that better than two smaller augers.

    Here is an older photo.

When blowing snow the snow goes every where and you can't always
send it down wind. I find the cab is an essential feature for staying
out of the snow or ust of the dust when mowing. Of course, even
plowing it would keep you warm.
