    A step further......

Arrival of Mühle's new modern CNC machining center yesterday.

The new CNC centre is another step further to produce more parts in-house, components that play an essential role in ensuring the precision and reliability of Mühle movements.

    That looks rather expensive.

Very nice to see. A company that makes capital investments is generally doing well and looking to further increase income in the long run. A Teutonia II Grossdatum Chronometer is on my short list. My only reservation is that at 12.7mm it is a bit thick. I do love how MG captures the essence of what GO and ALS are producing at a lower price point though. Hopefully investments like this increase profits but don't increase the price.

Quite the investment. Some of those machines can hold up to 64 cutting instruments, and cost as much as $5M (and take a week to program). It will be exciting to see if this steps up their production numbers!
