    Terrasport II

Does anyone know what the difference is between MG Terrasport II model M1-37-40 and M1-37-47? I see them interchanged at some sites.
    Cheers

No difference, it is just a little complicated to explain. Anyway, I will try to translate what Mühle reps told me.

Mühle reference numbers follow a quite simple system, however not for those not being used to it.

The last digit of the reference no. refers to the dial color. The Terrasport II you are aiming at features a creme dial, "7" marks a special color, here it is "creme".

The last digit on Mühle case backs and certificates/manuals - with the "0" - (here: M1-37-40) does feature kind of a model reference number so you can't gather the dial color from that reference number. The M1-37-40 is used for all diferent dial colors of the Terrasport II models though.

    Other dial colours
    1 - white
    2 - blue
    3 - black

Hope this helps. If there is any question left do not hesitate to post it.

    Re: Terrasport II

Thanks Mike. I certainly appreciate that information. I did just buy my new Terrasport II with a crime dial two days ago and am enjoying it. It has M1-37-40 on the case, but on the box and certificate they wrote M1-37-47. That's the reason I was wondering about that.
    cheers
