I have quite a few nice ones from Crown and Buckle that are shouldered so I'm not too concerned. Here's to hoping the endlinks will accept the fatbar diameter.

Then really nothing to do with drilled lugs. Spring bars are what you are worried about... The thickness of them
Guessing Seiko fat bars won't fit unless designed for them otherwise it means the lug ends would have play with regular spring bars as they'd not be thick enough
    It'll be alright

You should not use shoulderless spring bars on non drilled lugs watches unless you want to keep your strap setup permanent or break them when switching straps

Unfortunately I have busted/bent some bars in the past and subsequently busted up a couple crystals. Like you, I am fine with the project. Cheers

    Re: F74 Production Update Thread

Just for info no other reason, Seiko fat bars can be removed with a normal spring bar tool, no need for drilled lugs.

The 7002 Seiko divers i have don't have drilled lugs and they're easily removable with a normal tool.

I'd agree though that it'll be extremely unlikely the end links on our Hexa project will accept the 2.5mm Seiko bars, good quality 1.78mm bars are plenty strong enough though so i wouldn't worry :)

This week's F74 installment will brighten your day - check out the engraving job on the case back sample. Nothing else to report at this time - prototype production continues to proceed as planned.
