    Simple smartwatch for phone/sms/email notifications?

    Hello,

All I need from a smartwatch or bracelet is to alert me to an incoming call, or email, or SMS text.

I use an Android Galaxy S7, but it has to be on silent at work and I don't feel its vibration when in my pocket.

What's out there that simply alerts me, on my wrist, to a notification I haven't felt in my pocket?

    Thanks!
The Search function on vBulletin forums isn't very smart. If you want to search for a complete string in the G-Shock forum, or for posts which include multiple words, use Google, and enter site:forums.watchuseek.com/f17 into the search box. Then use normal google syntax after that to enter your search.

Anything with Android Wear (or, in your case, a Samsung smartwatch is good, too).

FWIW, my wife's Fitbit Charge HR also lets her know when a text or call comes in. She can't respond or anything, though.

Pretty much all fitness bands or smart watches offer notification alerts. Including the hybrid smart watches. It is up to you to decide on style, price and features.

I went with the Honor Band 3. Same SoC as the Fitbit Alta HR, but being Chinese cost £19 not £130! Anyway, I recommend it. You tell its app which notifications you want to receive, which for me is just Gmail, SMS and phone calls, and I haven't missed a call or notification since. It's totally solved my problem
