    Found watch and require identification

    Hi all,
Walking down a busy tourist street at night in Indonesia my wife saw this watch in the gutter at the side of a road.
It had been raining heavily and it was pretty much in a continual stream of running water.
It doesn’t work and no amount of winding will get the second hand to move. The screen was also fogged up, indicating water entery.

I’ve looked online and can’t find it anywhere, it doesn’t seem to appear in any google image searches so wondered if anyone here knew which model it is?

I guess then, it’s a matter of finding out if it’s worth getting repaired, or even finding its rightful owner.

Owner probably tossed it when it stopped in the rain.
