Glass coating coming off/ not applied correctly?

Had my time walker on in this fine weather in sunny!!!!! Scotland and noticed that the glass coating looks mottled, not sure if it's inside or outside, assuming inside because I can't feel anything on the surface, is it worth a visit to a dealer for a warranty claim? watch is 18 months old so not sure if they will entertain a claim, any suggestions folk?
