Live from the SIHH, here are the very first pictures of the new QP from Montblanc.
As a reminder, it's part of the new collection of the brand, called "Meisterstück Heritage".
This collection will include 5 new models that I'll share with you in a couple of hours / days.
To start, here is the so anticipated, expected QP. It's positioned as an entry-level price, which is really the most interesting about this model.
Question : is it linked with Jérôme Lambert's new position as a CEO ? Answer : yes, confirmed from the watch manager of Montblanc.
Exact price : 10'000 euros for the steel version, 16'900 for the gold version.
Based upon a Dubois Depraz caliber.
So, interesting or low cost ?
Personally, I find it very clear and readable. It's in phase with the fine watchmaking codes (dauphine hands, applied index, large "XII"", etc.).
Size : quite small, 39 mm.
