    Obviously the dial has rotated itself (or it was installed by a blind man).

    The last I checked "Look at your 12 o'clock" referrs to something straight in front of you, not at a 45* angel to the left.

    You're seeing half of the number "28" and half of the number "29" as a result.

    Obviously the dail has not rotated, or else the date wouldn't be readable. It is therfore intended, be it a counterfeit or not. I'm of the opinion the watch is a take on Salvador Dali surrealism.

    You might be correct. Date is 82 on closer inspection! Lol
