The new 1858 Collection looks interesting especially for the monopusher chronograph with Minerva movement.

The Small Seconds version is definitely more affordable than the chronograph but if you expect a Minerva movement you might be disappointed by discovering that it is instead driven by a Unitas. On a positive note, the movement completely fills the case.

I found somehow odd to see a collection made of one piece with a top Minerva movement and the other with a Unitas (respect for the Unitas but it is of course on a very different level). The result is that the chronograph costs 10 times the Small Seconds.

Thoughts?
