    Timewalker UTC hands touching.

    Good day everyone,
I finally decided to start wearing my Timewalker UTC the other day. It had not been worn for 1 year. However it kept stopping. On closer inspection the second hand touches the minute hand every revolution. It was a grey market acquisition new. Has anyone experienced this before? I emailed Montblanc who said I should bring it to a boutique with proof of purchase and warranty. They also said all watches carry a 2 year international warranty so I’m covered. The warranty in the manual is not stamped and my POP is not from a boutique or AD. What chance do the good people think of having this repaired under warranty? How easy if a fix is it? Is there a list of rates that I can refer to for outside of warranty repairs, or can it be easily done by an indie watch repair shop?

Why don't you drop Montblanc an email? They are very responsive and usually reply within a day.
