    ETA 2892-a2 technical diagram

Does anyone have a technical diagram handy for an ETA 2892-A2? I have the pdf that shows all the components and placement but looking for something with actual accurate dimensions for a couple key areas such as holes and angle for dial pins stem etc.

    I have one for a 2897 but not specifically for a 2892.

    Thanks if so!
    Jesse

The information you seek is contained in a document titled "Manufacturing Information", typically found on the technical documents page, but they apparently don't have one for the 2892-a2. The tech sheet for the Sellita SW300 is quite complete though, if you want to take the chance that the features in question are the same. You can find it at http://sellita.ch/scripts/calibres/i...SW300-1_19.pdf.

Better yet, the actual document http://mouvements.pagassi.com/app/uploads/FT2892A2.pdf. I used this thing called google.

This is serendipitous; I realized that I need some information on the 2836-2 from the manufacturing info document. It's missing from the ETA site but a slight whiff of google foo...

    http://www.darthalex.com/etapdf/ETA_2836-2_mfg.pdf

That made the fifteen minutes I spent answering the above well worth it.

Thanks s2jesse and apologies for the snark.

My pleasure. The term "Manufacturing Information" was the key. I discovered it while researching some ETA quartz movements a while ago. They were available on the ETA site.

Just look at what I posted, it's all there, right from the mouth of ETA

Uhhh, beg to differ with you but no, it's not:

The Technical communication documents are the tech sheets which are wonderful if you need to service one, but contain no dimensional information. There are no Manufacturing Information links on the page.

Here's the same page for another movement:

Notice the Manufacturing information link? That takes you to a completely different document what lists dimensions and other installation knowledge.

If I'm missing something, perhaps you could provide a direct link to the manufacturing information document.

Click on one of the Technical communication links, it opens a pdf file

Sorry, I just re-read the op, my mistake
