Need a watch repairer or restorer

hi there to anyone that is reading this thread.

I I live in Lebanon, I have an old Raymond Weil w1 5000 chronograph Quartz watch.
It has a stainless steel bezel and black PVD coating case.
Is there a recommendation for anyone that can re brush the bezel completely and restore the PVD on the watch.
Thanks and looking forward to some help.

I have added a specimen photo of the watch as mine is in the repair center in my country.

NOTE: this photo was taken off e bay.

PVD plating i usually very expensive to do on a single piece of watch case. Not sure if it would be worth the effort? Can be done yes. Seen some PVD companies on Ebay. That offers Pvd and other plating for a reasonable price?

Wow! That’s a neat looking watch. I like the brushed/PVD combo.

Some have suggested “patching” or filling in the PVD with ceramic. I’m not sure how that is done.

I live in US and would be able to REMOVE the PVD if that’s an option you’re considering.
