    Seiko Epson YM55A

Can anyone point me to a user's guide and technical reference for this movement? Is there perhaps another designation (i.e. "YM55A" is for OEMs, and Seiko uses another designation when used in Seiko-branded watches)?

    Thanks!

If you let experts know what you want to do with it (what sort of repair your are looking at), some one would be able to respond.

Its Seiko,/Lorus/Pulser etc YM 55 movement with three eyes and date feature, available from supply houses under $ 50.

    Jaswant,

It's running fine. I'm looking for a user's guide, as I can't figure out what the pusher at 8 o'clock does other than zero one of the chronograph hands. It seems strange that a pusher would have only one function. I'd also like a copy of the technical manual for the hell of it.

By the way, the movement is in this watch:

    Best,

Ahem, M'Lord, point of order. Doesn't "Seiko Epson" refer to the printing division of Seiko, not to the watch division?
