Rolex Pepsi GMT and Speedmaster Pro

Do you guys consider these to be "Pilot Watches?"

Sure, why not? The definition of what exactly a Pilot Watch is has been debated endlessly without any consensus other than “a watch that is worn by pilots”. The Rolex was on the wrist of most of the early US astronauts who came from the test pilot schools, and was designed for Pan Am pilots who traversed several time zones regularly. The Speedmaster has the association with the manned space program. Of the two, the Rolex is more “piloty”. The Speedmaster series were originally intended for automobile racing use.

    I agree.

Pretty much anything that assists with navigation can be called a "pilot watch" to some degree, IMHO.

Look into the history of the Rolex GMT-Master 6542, and you’ll have a light bulb moment.

The Omega Speedmaster was more of a racing watch IIRC, but its adoption for astronaut use by NASA firmly minted its association with flyers.
