What would be today's MilSub based on MoD specs, not resale in 40yrs

Just for the fun of it; if your job was to go out and source a watch for military dive use, what would it be?
Try to stick roughly to the original MoD specs as much as possible (ish), so:
    Analogue
    Durable
    Accurate
    300m
    60 minute markers on bezel
    Good lume

For the sake of argument, let's forget fixed springbars and add costs under 500GBP

Please add why you think your choice is 'the one'

Remember it's function and affordability, not kudos and potential resale in 40yrs.

The Ginault and Steinhart diver's models have most of these durable strengths.

Obvious choices would be Precista PRS-18Q or Elliot Brown Holton Professional, as both fulfill the criteria and both already have NATO stock numbers.

Honestly, though, I'd probably give another vote for Scurfa.

    If it ain't broke...

And the MOD can definitely get them for under 500GBP

+ 1 on the Scurfa, it really ticks all of the boxes.
