I used Bob Piker and was very happy with his work. Others like Old father Time.
This is specialized work and will never be "cheap". If the work gets done succesfully on a 40-50 year old watch then it's a good price.

I absolutely wish I could tell you, as then I'd know. I have my fathers 1971 Accutron and the watch repair gentleman I use here in the Chicago suburbs tells me that parts for this vintage are not available, and he said not to let anyone tell me differently. Perhaps yours is not vintage ? But any Accutron repair info would help us both - thank you !

I know this sounds crazy, but the best Accutron repair guy I know is in Bangkok, Thailand:

    The Accutron Watch Page

I sent Rob a couple of vintage Accutrons recently for service and restoration and they came back keeping perfect time and looking great. The turn around time was around a month including shipping and his prices are very reasonable.

It's been asked and answered before, not to take away from the responses you got above as they're also in here.

Rob is the man. He also is very good at mechanicals. He has done a number of chronographs for me including an El Primero as well as Accutrons.

I belong to multiple online forums, and groups regarding vintage Accutrons, for many years now. I will tell you this - Do your research, as there is much feedback out there regarding several well known Accutron specialists. Some have been known to be capable of good work, but are terrible business people. Specific work requested, watch delivered without it done. Watches kept for extended lengths of time with no communications, even when attempted by the customer. Be very wary of who you choose. I will also say that, in the many years I've been on these forums, I've yet to meet a single person who used Old Father Time.

I have used a member here, Benchguy, and he has done a great job on 3 of my accutrons.
