If anyone gets tempted then one other technique you can apply, which usually works for me, is to solidly research the watch and consider it for at least a month. Usually I find that eventually the infatuation passes.....

And if it doesn't, post it up for bashing here

Is it too late to join? Literally just pulled the trigger on a Hamilton Khaki King yesterday from the Bay (Although I've been in contact with the seller since Dec 30th)

2018 was a wild year for me. I bought around 20 watches all in all before I decided to consolidate and keep only the watches that had a personal and significant meaning.

Current SOTC: Vintage Omega, a Zenith from the 50s, a Girard Perregaux, a Junghans Tank from the 30s, a Raketa Antarctic, a Seiko SRP777, and a Hamilton Khaki King.

2019 Goal: Abstain from watch purchasing unless I accomplish a significant milestone

Define a significant milestone? Getting up early? Eating 5 a day? Remembering to change your pants?

Let’s make it specific: A significant milestone should be only either closing a big business deal or landing a post in my dream organization

    Welcome!

It's never too late to join. You've already sold a bunch, and you have a solid abstinence plan with severe personal restrictions on new purchases in place. Remember to post here for some bashing any time you are tempted.

The sub wouldn’t be a black bay variant
