    Affordable alternative to EBEL watches

    Hey fello enthusiasts,
Can you please direct me to my answer (if it exists)? Everytime I see one of these beauties I always gasp - they are the closest thing I can come up with in terms of perfect watch - very dressy (I ADORE dress watches) but with some a bit casual elements - those screws look fantastic! It's on a bracelet too...
The only alternative I can think of under 1000 bucks are some of the Citizen Stiletto models, but they leave me wanting something more.

I agree! They are great looking! And very well made too. They are pretty spendy when new but I would take a look on the secondary market. You can find some great deals there. Ebel's loose a lot of value secondhand.
Breitling Colt Ocean Auto (A17350) - "The Everyday Watch"; Citizen Drive AR 2.0 - "The First Watch"; Concord Mariner SG (15.22.533) - "The Jewelry Watch"; Concord Steeplechase (14.65.220) - "The Dress Watch"; Ebel Type E Auto (9330C41) - "The Casual Watch"; Ebel Type E Quartz (9187C41) - "The 'Grab-n-Go' Watch"; Edox Les Bemonts Chronometer (80046) - "The Travel Watch"; Seiko 5 (SNK809) - "The Errand Watch"; Victorinox Swiss Army Original x2 (24220) - "The Beater Watch(es)"

A cheap option that could perhaps scratch that itch is the Seiko SNKK47, unless you really want those screws and diamonds. :)

If it's just the diamonds, what about the Cadisen C1033?

Woah! That Seiko is great! Not quite like an Ebel but now I'm on the hunt for one regardless

The SNK87K1 looks a lot like the Ebel case shape, to me.

    Citizen BL1270-58A

That's discontinued but still around from a few sellers.

    Current version is the BL1270-58E

The black seiko 5 looks stunning! However I'm looking for gret quality and seiko 5 is only meh...
The Citizen is great, but if I recall correctly its big and that rules out stylish in my mind.
The others look interesting, but I'm guessing they are even cheaper than the seiko 5.
I'm not into diamonds, no 😄
Anything else under a grand or should I just forget this thread and just go with something else? 🙂

Ebels go for well under $1k on the grey and secondary markets. Additionally, I would seek out a Movado Group store as they commonly discount the watch brands in their stable.
