I was going to say after a bad experience a with Boldr watches, but it has still not ended.
After about 6 weeks I still don't have in my possession a new Boldr watch but instead a used franken watch built from used parts from an old and new version watch pieced together.
Before they sent me the franken watch I just asked for a refund as their customer service was horrible, full of lies and excuses and did not want the watch anymore after getting a huge run around to just get a missed picked item replaced-theremistake not mine.
They shipped the replacement watch after requesting them not too bother, then days after they shipped the watch, received a nice email back stating that only full price items are returnable.
They mispicked my watch and sent the wrong color it happens no big deal but they made a huge mess of it and now I received the replacement watch and it is made from used parts from the Journey 1 and 2. One nice thing is that since the strap was also used it is broken in.
I will post a full summary tonight but watch buyers of Boldr should note they don't have a 30 day free return policy that they promote next to every watch they sell.
Straps and reduced priced items (reduced retail price, special promotion, sales etc) are considered ‘Final Sale’. Final Sale items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law, or the merchandise is damaged or defective upon delivery.
