There! Simple and clean. Randy’s 29mm 3-6-9 on an eta 2824-2 in a 36mm Alpha Explorer Case. Hands were an extra set I had, the lume is dead. The stick for the second hand adds to the minimal look.

All right brothers, here’s a build for the photo contest! Not a great photo but if I don’t post this one I know I’ll forget to take another!

I did this one myself. Started life as a “restored” SKX from the Philippines. Added a bunch of Dagaz parts but kept the original seconds hand (because the new one didn’t fit)!

That steel bezel insert is sharp! Very nice!

Non-compliant today, but I did enjoy the coffee.

My favorite build. Other Brothers had it before, but wasn’t really a fan of the rose gold, so changed it to silver and made the dial compliant.

Hey guys, I'm relatively new here and about to dive into my first mod. I have an old Invicta 8926 with the Miyota movement that I've had for close to 10 years and I've decided to restore/mod it. Here's my starting point:

I have a dial on order from Dagaz already, and I want to change the bezel too. Not the bezel insert, the bezel itself -- I want to go from the coin-edge/fluted one that's on it now to a scallop style like on a Seamaster. I'm having a hard time finding one that will fit. Everything I'm finding out there talks about the newer style 8926 with the NH35A movment, which apparently has different case dimensions from mine.

So, my question(s): does anyone have any leads on where I can find a scallop bezel that fits? Will the Invicta Pro Diver 8932 bezel fit mine? And while I'm at it, I could use a source for new hands that will fit my movement too.

Edit number 5, very quick and dirty stacked the still too large insert on top, and pasted the edited black lume dial in to it... Due to daylight/tungsten light colour difference, I set both to black/white to compensate for the white balance. It is an impression at best...Name: WP_20190209_20_23_02_Prowwowedit.jpg
