Although you said itís probably sold out, where did the dial come from?

Madness does not always howl. Sometimes it is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, "Hey, is there room in your head for one more?"

I have that pic saved to remind my wife there are guys that are worse than me when it comes to watch volume.

word on the street is Dagaz had 'em, but no longer. Still, a similar pilot dial shouldn't be hard to find. Harold's gotta have one if Jake is sold out.

In tapatalk it appears correctly, in chrome on my desktop it's turned for 90 degrees.

We're going to have to convene a strap school for you boys who keep leaving your fly unzipped!

The previously posted hand engraved gilt dial, made from a cheap Corgeut dial, then a Corgeut case, that was from a GMT, but due to crown taring issues I put it aside and only now found the time to assemble a different crown in to it. Same with the hands, as slight imperfections are actually desirable on a vintage watch, the old hands container came in handy (pun intended)... The lume was first upgraded, then downgraded with some some mixture of boiled in coffee and tea. Again drilled the lugs, and fitted some shoulderless fatbar springbars.

The movement is a 28800 SK (Starking) 24J that I bought a whole watch for at the price of a DG2813 movement. This movement is almost identical, except for being high beat (and different hands size)Attachment 13841491
