To answer your question, we don't judge here. We may snicker. But never judge.

That said, it doesn't have to be your pics. Creativity is always a virtue.

    Go and be virtuous!

Definitely watch it. But don't watch it with any impressionable young ones anywhere around. It's a very very good movie IMO, even though it's a sometimes-silly comedy.

That dang near perfect. The Bezel insert takes it to the next level.

He had mentioned this back in October or so, and at the time I brushed it off as not having the tools or nerves to perform that task. Somehow I found both tonight. Now the bracelet fits perfectly.

I did have one hiccup because in my haste, I removed one from the 12 o’clock side instead of my intended 6 o’clock side. Undeterred, I ended up removing one from each side, knowing I had 2 spare removable links and screws. Now I have one spare and a perfect fitting riveted bracelet for my San Randy 3/6/9.

Be sure to use that blue lock tite on the screws on that bracelet. They will back out and you will lose one.

I'm sure you all know this epic picture and some of you have been inspired by it.

Brothers, please be clement, this is my first complete mod. I'm still a rookie and have much to learn.

Crown guards removed. Magnifier removed. New ceramic bezel insert. Dial completely handmade. Nato strap with second loop removed.

As being a fan of the Bond movies, especially the early ones with Sir Sean Connery, this is not only an homage to the mother of all submariner watches but also a bow for a great actor and an entertaining movie series.

Very nice. Good job recreating the lighter scene.

And the watch, I dig the all circle hour markers dial

Definitely. It’s a movie I’ll watch whenever I see it on, and don’t tire of.

Brothers, we had our 11th South Florida GTG yesterday (organized by yours truly) and had the distinct pleasure of brother Elbakalao's attendance.
Nice to see you again brother. Lots of watches and watch stories were passed around... here are a few pics of the attendees...

I’m trying to look like Jeremy Clarkson this morning (Grand Tour). I still think I need more bracelets. At least I’ve got the matching gut and English jowels...
