Now the time has come, the time is now here,
To make today's posts extra special and dear.

    So celebrate the Doc's birthday with watches and cake;
Better now than never, though a little belate.

Some of you know, that I make it my mission
Each year to post in the Seussian tradition.

For one day only take a little extra time
To make your post in the form of a rhyme.

It's a whole lot of fun, yes it's really quite rare
That a place such as this is a place such as there.

Make the Who's, down in Whoville jealous and green
Make Horton feel like that he's never quite seen

A group of brothers and friends behaving well and not rude,
Like that sweet smell of maple syrup and boobs!

Don't worry if your words don't always make sense
Cause neither does Zax, or Filbble-Gropents!

Have fun with your words, it's only one day
Just do what you do, and rhyme what you say!

Don't even think about posting without your words sounding like
The one that came before them, it's like riding a bike.

You'll get in the spirit, and your post will all pop!
But be warned! Take heed! It's quite hard to stop!

But if you're a Grinch, don't be that wet blanket
Please go somewhere else on the internet to crank it!

Post encouragement, and brotherhood, that'll do the trick!
Cause rhyming or not, please don't be a dick!

Now a pic, of a watch, not what I just named!
To start us out right and to not be too lame!

So let Seuss day begin, and let it be good!
Let it Bizzle-be-bizzle right here in the hood!

    Anyone have experience/opinions on either?
Esslinger has become my go-to for cheap hands that aren't total junk. The lume is pretty much low end C1 standards, but matches most C1 dials well enough.

Somewhere in another place and time,
There is a place that only exists in rhyme.

A place that is magically horological,
Yet silliness abounds that is pleasingly illogical.

A magical place where the members are not Dick’s,
And the maple syrup flows over boobs, no tricks.

In this particular ‘Hood there are many things to learn,
About watches, and Whiskey, and Razor burn.

    Hand sizes, movements, dials galore,
And a particular ‘Carolina which we all adore.

There are Subs for every day of the week,
And a ceremony with a goat, about which we dare not speak.

So, come one, come all, I promise it won’t be awful,
Bring a chair, sit on the floor and have a Stroopwaffle.

So, to Justa my brother, I have done all in rhyme,
And oh, now look, I have run out of time.

The good Doc Theo, I’ll honor with my post,
Of a watch that I’m starting to like the most.

It’s compliant here every day of the week,
And gazing upon it will make you way to shriek,

“I love me so gilt, the gold it just glows,
Makes me warm and tingly from my head to my toes.”

“It can’t be done! I heard naysayers say,
Only mystical Yao could make dials that way.”

“But listen I did not, I knew we could do it,
Make something so pretty other fanboys would lose it.”

So now I post this one, and urge you as well to,
Post your BSH goodness here in part 32.

Madness does not always howl. Sometimes it is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, "Hey, is there room in your head for one more?"

Not quite compliant today, but compliance is BSHT anyway.

I don't think that I'm compliant with anything.

Anyway I have made the jump and joined the family.

I ordered from Cousins just a few days ago. Arrived quickly, well packed. Nothing to complain about them.
