Ahh, yes, that's one brand I've yet to try but has intrigued me.

First time dealing with the madness that is an Invicta bezel (big thanks to Brother Dave M @ Murphy manufacturing for not only the bezel, but the help getting me there). First time doing any sort of case work(removing the engraving and polishing) and first time removing a Cyclops(there is still some glue I need to get rid of).
    Here are some details:
-Invicta 8926 generously gifted to me to mod by a fellow WPAC member so I could continue my love affair without making a watch purchase.
    -Dagaz dial and hand set
-Coin edge bezel from Murphy Manufacturing(thanks again Dave!)
    -Random Etsy bezel insert
    -Invicta branding on case removed
    -Cyclops removed
And without further ado, I present the Brotherhood of Nosub3 with the Polar Coke-Splorer!

Great job! I used the same dial for my first mod also (albeit mine was a polar ExploRanger). I'm sure the native inhabitants will be quite impressed.

Thanks! It came out better than I expected with a lot of the credit going to knowledge I picked up right here.

I was a week away from 4 months of successful WPAC compliance. Finished the mod and wanted MORE!!! 2 more 8926's are in the mail as we speak. I am building one for my dad though, so that doesn't count. The other one? Eff it, I'll sell something to make room for it. Modding is almost as addictive as Russian watches!

Thanks! It's a great looking dial. I may swap it into an Explorer l homage case down the road, who knows.

Forgot to ask are you located in auburn? Saw your auburn brewery shirt. I spent a lot of time on the trails out there at the confluence. Miss it.

In the mail? Doesn’t count. Not completed? Doesn’t count. Gifted to you or bought with the intent to give away? Doesn’t count. I think we have figured out before that if we keep that up, none of us actually own any watches. Therefore we don’t have an addiction.

Nope, I am in the town of Sonoma, but Mrs. Dub Rubb has a family cabin on a gold mining claim in Downieville. We have to hike up a 5 mile trail to get there, but since it is an awesome downhill trail sponsored by Fox, they maintain the trail. I think it is the second divide trail? Sketchy enough hiking it, I couldn't imaging hitting it on a bike!

But we always pick up some Knee Deep on the way. Solid effing beers.

Just finished fixing up the yellow 7002 (finally), and she's working well. The only thing left is to swap the red PADI minute hand and balck second hand from the dead donor 7002. Hopefully it'll all be buttoned up by the weekend to enjoy a nice Seiko Saturday with it.
